1 Purpose

3 responsibilities

3.1 The competent manager is responsible for reviewing the diesel generator maintenance and maintenance annual plan and checking the implementation of the plan.

3.2 the head of the engineering department is responsible for the formulation of the annual plan for diesel generator maintenance and maintenance, and organizes and monitors the implementation of the plan.

3.3 the diesel generator manager is responsible for the daily maintenance of the diesel generator.

4 program points

4.1 formulation of the annual plan for diesel generator maintenance and repair

4.1.1 before December 15th each year, the diesel generator manager will be organized by the engineering supervisor to study and formulate the diesel generator maintenance and maintenance annual plan and report to the company for approval.

4.1.2 formulation of the annual plan for diesel generator maintenance and repair:

4.3 diesel generator repair and maintenance

The maintenance period of the 4.3.2 air filter is 50 hours per operation:

A) air cleaner display:

When the transparent part appears red, indicating that the air filter has reached the limit of use, it should be cleaned or replaced immediately. After processing, press the button on the top of the monitor to reset the display;

B) air filter:

- loosen the hoop, remove the filter and filter, carefully clean filter from top to bottom;

When the filter core is not too dirty, it can be blown straight with compressed air, but it should be noted that air pressure is not too great and the nozzle should not be too close to the filter core;

If the filter core is too dirty, apply the special cleaning liquid purchased from the agent. After cleaning, use the electric hot air blower to dry (pay attention to not overheating);

After cleaning, should be checked, the inspection method is to use the bulb from inside to outside, in the filter outside observation, if found spot, that filter has perforated, at this time should replace the same type of filter;

If the spot is not found, it indicates the end of the filter core. At this point, the air filter shall be carefully installed.

The maintenance cycle of the 4.3.3 battery is carried out once every 50 hours:

A) with electroscope check battery charging is enough, otherwise it should be charging;

B) check that the battery level is about 15MM on the plate, and if not enough, add distilled water to the above position;

(c) check whether the battery terminals are corroded or have traces of ignition, or they should be repaired or replaced, and coated with butter.

4.3.4 belt maintenance cycle is 100 hours per run:

(a) inspection of each belt, found damaged or invalid, should be replaced in good time;

B) in the middle belt and 40N belt pressure, should be able to press the 12MM, should be adjusted too tight

The maintenance period of the 4.3.5 radiator is carried out once every 200 hours:

A) external cleaning:

With hot water (detergent) spray washing, is ejected from the front to the radiator fan direction (such as the opposite direction from the jet will only put the dirt into the center position), when using this method to use tape from the diesel generator;

If the above method can remove stubborn deposits, should be to remove the radiator immersed in hot Dacron alkali water for about 20 minutes, then wash with water.

B) internal descaling:

- drain the water from the radiator and disconnect the seal from the radiator to the pipe;

Pour 45 into the radiator. C 4% of the acid solution, after 15 minutes, the back row of dry acid solution, check the radiator;

If there is still water pollution, wash it again with 8% acid solution;

After descaling, neutralize two times with 3% alkali solution, then rinse with water more than three times;

When all work is done, check that the radiator is leaking. If water leaks, apply for repairs;

If it does not leak, replace it again. When the radiator is loaded back, fill it with fresh water and add anti rust agent.

4.3.6 lubricating oil system maintenance cycle is 200 hours per run;

A) start the diesel generator and let it run for 15 minutes;

B) when the diesel engine heat, drain the oil from the oil pan screw, after row with 110NM (with a torque wrench and tighten the bolt), and then to the oil pan with oil with new models, within the turbocharger should also add the same type of oil;
