I. on diesel engine oil

1, fuel

The fuel used by the diesel engine must comply with the specifications specified in the GB252-87 light diesel oil, and the main quality indexes are detailed in the manual for the use and maintenance of the 12V190 series diesel engine. Summer should choose 0 light diesel oil, winter should be based on regional climate conditions, may choose -10, -20 or -35 light diesel oil.

2, engine oil

12V190 series diesel engine is recommended to select the following table oil. If the preference of the engine oil due to inadequate supply, you can also choose 40CD type oil.

Environmental temperature, lubricating oil specifications are preferred. Generally choose specifications, brands and grades

-40 degrees C ~ 50 degrees C, API, CH-4, CG-4, CF-4, SJ, SAE, 5W-40, Mobil, multi power 1, 40CD

-20 degrees C ~ 40 degrees C, API, CH-4, CG-4, CF-4, CF, SJSAE, 15W-40, Mobil, super black overlord, 15W-40

-20 degrees C ~ 40 degrees C, API, CG-4, CF-4, CF, SHSAE, 15W-40, Mobil super black overlord 15W-40

3 、 coupler oil

When the ambient temperature is higher than -20 degrees, the coupler oil is selected as 6 hydraulic transmission oil. When the ambient temperature is lower than -20 degrees, the coupler oil is selected 8 hydraulic transmission oil.

Special attention: users should strictly select the fuel and oil according to the varieties and grades specified above. Containers for storage of oil shall be kept clean and oil shall be precipitated and filtered before use.

Two, about diesel engine coolant

With the enhancement of diesel engine's enhancement, the requirement of diesel engine to cooling medium is also improved. Cooling water should be chosen slightly alkaline cleaning water, no corrosive compounds, cooling medium should be from cooling water to the direction of coolant. In the region or season of environmental temperature higher than 5 degrees, in order to reduce or avoid the corrosion and furring of the cooling system to the body, a proper amount of anti rust emulsion should be added to the cooling water. When the ambient temperature is below 5 DEG C or season, it is better to use antifreeze when adopting closed circulating cooling system. Three, about diesel engine start

1, the new machine beyond the storage period or old machine long-term storage, re opening, shall not be installed directly. Before commissioning, comprehensive checks must be made. Usually you can open the cylinder head first, check the inside of the cylinder liner, and turn the turbocharger turbine to check its rotation. If it is found that there is obvious corrosion and other abnormal phenomena, it is necessary to have a thorough overhaul before it can be used after the maintenance has been qualified.

2. The diesel engine used in cold areas can only be started after adequate cooling of the cooling water and engine oil.

3, not allowed to use kerosene or aviation kerosene and other flammable or volatile liquid lubrication motor.

Four, about the oil filter filter replacement

Oil filter element should be in strict accordance with the "12V190 series diesel engine maintenance manual" specified method of replacement. In addition, it should be noted that when the filter core is replaced, the compression bolt is screwed into the 2~3 ring as soon as the filter core is pressed tightly, so that each filter element is tightly jointed to seal, and then the nut is screwed tightly, and finally the front cover is covered.

Five, about diesel engine parts
