The fourth step, pump diesel, first loosen the nut on the hand pump, hand shake the handle of the oil pump. Press and hold evenly until the oil enters the pump.

The fifth step is to let the air out. To loosen the bleeder screw of the high pressure oil pump, and then press the hand pump, you will see the oil and the bubbles overflow in the screw hole until you see all the oil is flowing out. Tighten the screws.

The sixth step is to start the motor. Distinguish the positive and negative poles of the motor and the positive and negative poles of the battery. This is the positive pole, and in the tail, this is the negative pole. Between two batteries should be series, can achieve the effect of 24V. When the positive pole of the motor is connected to the positive pole, do not allow the terminal to come into contact with the other connecting line. Then the motor negative pole must be secured so as not to cause the fire to break the line segment.

The seventh step, the air switch. Water temperature meter, in use, can not exceed 95 degrees, the oil temperature generally can not exceed 85 degrees.

The ninth step is to start. Turn on the ignition, press the button, release the car, run for 30 seconds, toggle the high and low speed switch, the machine slowly rise to high speed in idle, check all instrument readings. Under all normal conditions, the air switch is closed and the power supply is successful.

The tenth step, parking. Turn off the air switch first, then cut off the power supply. The diesel engine is switched from high speed to low speed, then the machine is idle for 3 to 5 minutes, then closed.
