Product requirements and challenges

1, working conditions

The unit can work reliably under the following conditions, output power, and can work continuously for 24 hours at rated power output (including 1 hours per 12 hours, 10% hours of work);

The altitude is not more than 1000 meters;

The lower limit of the environmental temperature is -15C degrees, and the upper limit is 40C degrees. Other environmental units can be used.

2, low noise and low emission

3. Main and necessary protective devices

The unit can automatically detect and alarm the starting battery voltage, and the unit will automatically delay the shutdown when the condition is too low, the water temperature is too high, the water level is too low, the overload is too low, the startup failure is made, and the corresponding signal is sent out;

Emergency shutdown in the following situations: overspeed, short circuit, lack of phase, high voltage, loss of voltage, low frequency;

The starting mode of the unit is automatic starting mode. The unit shall have the function of AMF (automatic city electricity failure), equipped with ATS, and realize automatic starting. When the electricity fails, the starting time delay of <5 seconds (adjustable), can automatically start the unit (a total of three consecutive automatic start function), power / unit negative switching time is <10 seconds, fully meet the input load time is less than 12 seconds, power recovery after the unit to maintain 0-300 seconds to run after cooling (adjustable) automatic shutdown;

4, using brushless permanent magnet excitation AC generator, can provide the ability to withstand high starting motor, and stator output voltage waveform distortion of host load due to the nonlinear interference also, can improve the generator with non-linear load. 5, stable performance, strong reliability

The average failure interval of the unit is not less than 2000 hours;

In terms of technical performance, the no-load voltage range of the unit is rated at 95-105%;

When a power unit supplies power to a phase controlled rectifier, a switching power supply, a UPS power supply or other load, no low-frequency oscillation occurs when the starting load is less than the rated value of the unit 50%;

Generator at rated voltage can overload 1.5 times rated current, which lasted 2 minutes;

The unit has remote, remote and remote control functions. It can monitor, collect, process, record and report the relevant data of the equipment locally and remotely.
