The diesel engine fuel injector is one of the three pairs of precision pairs in the diesel fuel supply system. Its normal service life is more than one thousand hours. First, the main reason for the fuel injector stuck:

The diesel is not clean, high pressure tubing has impurities, force out Mo wear curved spray nozzle, the needle valve is not tightly closed, the combustion chamber pressure gas anti channeling needle valve, burn. In addition, the injector pressure regulating spring, tappet parts such as on the dirt through the injector tappet moved to the upper part of the injector, or the oil used for cotton rope, to prevent leakage of the wire by high pressure oil into the injector, will make the needle valve stuck.

The temperature of the machine is too high, the cooling of the starter is bad, and the valve of the tiger is blocked. But the oil supply time is too late, the cooling water channel scale is too many or jams, the water pump impeller end face wears off, the engine long-term overload and so on, can also cause the engine to overheat.

When the fuel injector stops the fuel injection, the phenomenon of oil dripping occurs, which causes the nozzle to burn coke and the carbon deposits are stuck.

The pressure of the starter is too low, which results in the reverse of high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber;

When the injector is installed, the gasket or gasket is damaged, causing leakage, causing the local temperature of the injector to be too high and jammed.

The parts manufacturing reasons, such as cylinder head, the fuel injector with the tight hole and the fuel injector installation hole clearance on the cover of the needle valve body and the cylinder is too small, the cylinder cover and the fuel injector hole deep processing etc..

Two 、 nozzle repair method:

The first nozzle will be stuck into diesel or oil heating, and then remove the cloth, and then the clamping pliers needle and slowly remove the needle from the needle, in vivo. A small amount of cleaning oil is dripped in the needle valve body, so that the needle valve moves repeatedly in the needle valve body until the needle valve can move freely in the needle valve body. If the sealing surface of needle valve has traces of burn, it should be ground with abrasive plaster. When grinding, pay attention to the amount of grinding paste and grinding time. Put the clean bell and valve parts into the injector and adjust the injection pressure to re use.
