Detection of liquid level of electrolyte

The operator should periodically check the battery inside the liquid level of the electrolyte, the detection method is: cell and porous plate and contact insert with clean bamboo or wooden sticks, as shown in figure 9-52. Then take out the bamboo pieces or sticks to observe the liquid level of the electrolyte. In general, the level of the electrolyte should be higher than the plate 10 ~ 15mm.2, the proportion of electrolyte testing

The operator should regularly check the battery electrolyte proportion method is: the rubber tube inserted in the electrolyte in the accumulator, and then hand squeezing a rubber ball, relax after the electrolyte is sucked into the glass tube, the hydrometer just float and the upper end and can be supported.
