Diesel generator brushless generator structure

1 stator parts

The stator is composed of a stator core, a stator winding and a frame. The stator core and stator windings are part of the induction potential and current, called the armature. Stator core is an integral part of the magnetic circuit of synchronous generator. In order to reduce eddy current losses, the iron core is usually laminated with silicon steel sheets coated with insulating paint on both sides. An evenly distributed slot is arranged on the iron core for inserting an armature winding; the stator winding is composed of a high strength polyester enamelled copper wire winding coil, and the coil is embedded into the iron core groove according to certain technical requirements. In the installation of three-phase winding, should be called "embedded" and "each other" 120 degrees electrical angle. The frame is the support of the generator, which is used to fix the armature and support the rotor together with the front and rear ends. An outlet box is arranged on one side of the machine frame, and a wiring board is arranged in the box to facilitate the extraction of an alternating current power supply.

2, rotor part

The rotor of the main generator is mainly composed of a rotor core, a magnetic pole winding, a motor shaft, bearings, a fan, an AC exciter, an electromechanical pivot and a rotary rectifier. The main generator rotor is a convex pole transition type, and the 4 magnetic poles of the rotor iron core and the magnetic yoke are a whole, and are formed by stamping. A damping cage (parallel operation) is arranged on the surface of the rotor magnetic pole, and the generator has good performance indexes when the unbalanced load is applied, and the overvoltage in the rotor winding in the dynamic process can be reduced. The rotor is equipped with a centrifugal fan. The physical shape of the rotor section is shown in figure 10-7.

3 、 stator parts of AC exciter

The stator of the exciter is used to generate a magnetic field. The core is stamped with a low carbon steel plate and has multiple poles to increase the speed of the exciter. The alternating current generated by the exciter is rectified by a rotating rectifier to supply the excitation of an alternating current synchronous generator. The stator of AC exciter is composed of stator core, stator coil and protecting shell. The physical shape of the stator of the AC exciter is shown in figure 10-8.

4 、 armature of AC exciter

The physical shape of the AC exciter armature is shown in figure 10-7. The exciter rotor is armature and coaxial with the main generator. The armature winding is connected by the three-phase star connection, and the neutral point is not drawn out, but there are four lead wires connected to the rotating rectifier (essentially three leads, only one phase is divided into two heads).

5 、 rotating rectifier

Rotating rectifier exciter armature is fixed on the bracket (90kW, 120kW generator excitation end cover outside), it consists of 6 elements including silicon rectifier, bolt into 3 elements fixed on the semi-circular conductive anode plate, a cathode for the other 3 bolt element is fixed on another piece of guide plate. The two sets of elements are insulated from each other and mounted on a common insulating ring, i.e., a silicon rectifying device. The AC power comes from the armature of the AC exciter, and its DC output line passes through the deep hole at the center of the shaft to connect with the rotor coil of the main generator.
